中国：ウェブサイトとブログの政府登録義務付け？
「国境なきレポーター」は6月6日、"Authorities declare war on unregistered websites and blogs" 「(中国)当局、未登録のウェブサイトとブログに宣戦布告」という記事を掲載しています。
Reporters Without Borders voiced alarm today at the Chinese government's announced intention to close down all China-based websites and blogs that are not officially registered. The plan is all the more worrying as the government has also revealed that it has a new system for monitoring sites in real time and spotting those that fail to comply.
「国境なきレポーター」は今日、公式に登録されていない中国のウェブサイトおよびブログを閉鎖するという中国政府の意思の発表に対し、懸念を表明した。中国政府はリアルタイムでサイトを監視し、登録していないサイトを発見するための新たなシステムを保有していると明らかにしているだけに、この計画は一層懸念されるものである。
Guardianにも同様の記事が出ていますが、このシステムは"night crawler"と呼ばれているようです。"Big Brother"は21世紀を生き延びる事ができるのでしょうか・・・
